I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and pet-friendly nature of Hotel Gracia. The staff warmly welcomed my six dogs without any issues. The secure parking and convenient location near the highway were added bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel had a great location, close to the city center and with easy access to the highway. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially towards our four small dogs. They even had a gated parking lot, providing a safe and secure place for our vehicle. The rooms were basic, but clean.

There was some noise from the water pump in my room, but the staff promptly addressed the issue and moved me to a quieter room.

During my business trip to Mexico, I found a great budget hotel that ticked all the boxes. the location was perfect, close to the highway and city center, which made my commutes smooth. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the staff was always cheerful and helpful. the hotel provides free, safe parking and is pet-friendly, which is a rare find. I also enjoyed the simple yet tasty breakfast and the great running track close to the hotel.

The sound from the water pump in the room could be a little loud at times, but the staff was attentive and assisted me in changing to a more peaceful room.

The complementary chocolate on arrival was sweet and the cozy fireplace in the lobby was romantic. The location was perfect for exploring the town, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Plus, the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view.
